Our role

External technology and marketing partner

Where they were

When we started

  • An older website that did not show the depth of the product line or the family behind it.
  • Quote requests arrived without their source, so nobody could tell which marketing produced real customers.
  • Google Ads were running, but conversion tracking counted the wrong events, so reports could not separate real calls and quotes from page views.
  • The Google Business Profile was not yet verified at the Houston shop.
  • Product claims, certifications and photos were spread across files, and some could not yet be verified.

Where they are now

Today

  • A live website that presents the full product line, the family and the evidence behind each claim.
  • Every quote request lands in the CRM with the campaign and page that produced it.
  • Google Ads measure real calls and quote requests.
  • A verified Google Business Profile at the Houston shop.
  • Named experts and interviews that Google, AI assistants and homeowners can check.

Measured results will appear here once Royal Windoor approves publishing them.

What we did

The work, step by step

  1. 01

    Rebuilt royalwindoorus.com

A fast site of about ninety pages: product and model pages, services, service areas, the people behind the company, guides and interviews, with structured data so Google and AI assistants read the business correctly.

  2. 02

    Audited the evidence before writing

Reviewed product labels, installation instructions, drawings, project photos and customer records. Built a claims register, kept each certificate attached to the product it covers, and removed a misidentified photo.

  3. 03

Connected every quote to its source

Quote forms (with an optional photo of the opening) flow into the GoHighLevel CRM as opportunities, carrying the campaign, Google click ID and landing page. Notifications send from the company's own mailbox, and call tracking numbers separate ad calls from organic calls.

  4. 04

    Verified the Google Business Profile

Verified the listing at the Houston shop, cleaned up the profile and set up review replies.

  5. 05

Rebuilt Google Ads around real leads

Retired the old campaigns instead of patching them, fixed the conversion goals to count real calls and quotes, and launched Houston-focused Search campaigns built from search data, with phrase and exact keywords and shared negatives.

  6. 06

Built Nova, an AI follow-up system

An outbound and follow-up system that finds builders and contractors, researches each one, writes individual emails and keeps the CRM current, so the team can focus on closing.

  7. 07

Gave the family its own voice

An interview series with named people, from the founder to the operations and finance leads, so the site speaks with real experience instead of generic marketing copy.

How we did it · Essentials first, then AI

One partner for the whole system, not a vendor for each piece

Royal Windoor did not need one more tool. It needed the pieces to work together: a website that shows the real product line, quote requests that carry their source, a verified Google profile, ads that count real calls and quotes, and content in the family's own voice. We built those essentials first, as one system, and checked every claim against evidence before it went live. Only once that foundation was working did we add AI on top.

Fix the essentials first, as one system. AI only helps once you can trust the numbers underneath it.

Nova, one of the systems built on top

Nova is one piece of the partnership, not the whole of it. Once the website, lead tracking and ads were working, it took over the repetitive outbound work so the team could focus on closing.

Finds and researches

New contractors and builders across four Texas markets, each researched and scored for fit.

Writes personal outreach

A research-based email for every prospect, with follow-ups on a set schedule.

Keeps the CRM current

Replies, activity and status synced to the same CRM as every other lead.

Reviewed every week

Delivery, CRM sync and messaging checked and adjusted.

The lesson

What this means for other home services companies

A good product and a strong reputation are not enough if the website, the Google profile, the ads and the CRM each tell a different story. One partner who connects them, in the right order, is what makes each piece pay off.

  • Back every claim with evidence before you advertise it
  • Know the source of every call and quote request
  • Measure ads on real leads, not clicks
  • Add AI only after the essentials work
