With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and a background in Organizational Psychology, Marbeel has built her career across Mexico and the United States, working with diverse teams and organizations of varying sizes and industries.
Throughout her career, she has learned that many of the challenges businesses face stem not from a lack of effort or commitment, but from a need for clarity, structure, and processes that support their growth.
This experience led her to found Go HR Pro, with the goal of bringing practical Human Resources solutions to small and medium-sized businesses that need professional guidance but may not have an internal HR department.
Her approach combines experience, practical insight, and a people-centered understanding of organizations. She believes every business has its own story, challenges, and way of working, and that solutions should adapt to those needs, rather than the other way around.
Through Go HR Pro, she continues to help business owners build stronger organizations with clear processes, better practices, and teams equipped to grow.
